She told him that we’d be alright. (And this is not that we have always gotten along fine by being independent. No, no. This is because God has always provided for us. oh God, I pray that we would not forget who You are and the good You are. You are good, and praise God You sustain us. With out God I’d probably be a lunatic.

Child, why the furrowed brow? Can you not see that all is planned And the newness you’ve been looking for actually lacks in your expectations? That which may seem jaded is rather what you’ve been waiting for: new life, new hope, right at your door.

Epilogue
Behold, the weakest of beings who are good at war and fighting and dissecting somehow we’ve stumbled upon the scandal, Hope (it was always before our eyes and Father Time and Nature Earth at hand, at will, ready to advise but we were always slow to unearth this wondrous instrument of second birth) Alas, We are never truly alone Arise, the light of life has duly shone Wake from your ashes and the...

what will it take for us to realize
real eyes patrolling the streets potential lovers make eye contact (go) where none (keep walking) see we’re all on the lookout for potential lovers but most of whom we find are none-of-the-abovers but we don’t realize the that it isn’t lost love we’re looking for it’s really Love looking for the lost and willing to pay for wooden crucifix, the cost.

The Night Walkers
They wake in their sleep and take long walks to clear their minds For comfort For condolence To savor the quiet found in awareness To clear the loud talk that smacks in their ears othertimes They walk long hours and would rather be wide eyed and sleepless than dormancy drunk and tangled in dreams

Memory 5
I eagerly came home afterschool each day and took out my notebook and crayons, and we would draw pictures together. It was a great time. Your pictures made me laugh. But now I mostly busy myself with minding my own business, not caring for you. Though I should be [caring for you]

At the restaurant the grandpa had crescent eyes and a smile playing on his lips, and the granddaughter smiling back. She was eating and so healthy and alive. You could tell he was so happy to see her, to see her being well and enjoying the food. It was such a sweet moment, the two enjoying each other’s company. Grandfather and granddaughter, family.

Here is a lesson in creative writing. First rule: Do not use semicolons. They are transvestite hermaphrodites representing absolutely nothing. All they do is show you’ve been to college. And I realize that some of you may be having trouble deciding whether I am kidding or not. So from now on I will tell you when I’m kidding. For instance, join the National Guard or the Marines and teach...
